The mission of the Friends of the Utica Armory is to promote the esprit de corps, morale, and welfare of the members of the New York Army National Guard based at the Historic Utica Armory.

About Us

THE FRIENDS OF THE 108TH INFANTRY REGIMENT AND THE 107TH MILITARY POLICE COMPANY AT THE UTICA ARMORY (a.k.a. The Friends of the Utica Armory) is a not-for-profit military corporation authorized under the provisions of New York State Military Law Section 260 in accordance with the provisions of New York State Department of Military and Naval Affairs (DMNA) Regulation 27-1. The organization was conceived in 2009 by members of the 2nd Battalion, 108th Infantry Regiment and the 107th Military Police Company and was formally approved as a military corporation by the Adjutant General of New York State and filed with the New York State Department of Corporations in December 2010. The purpose of the organization is to promote the esprit de corps, morale, and welfare of the members of the New York Army National Guard based at the Historic Utica Armory. Members of the organization includes current and former members and the guests of units organized under the Department of Military and Naval Affairs.
